系统可靠性建模分析是开展可靠性分配、预计、故障树分析及可靠性优化设计的基础。介绍了一种光电系统可靠性建模分析方法,针对光电系统中部分分系统具有多种失效模式且各失效模式均服从指数分布的特点,依据齐次马尔科夫理论,采用马尔科夫状态转移图方法建立了产品的可靠性模型,并给出解析表达式、数值计算方法和Monte Carlo仿真方法。最后,将其应用于某机载光电系统供电回路的实例分析中。采用两种计算方法及Monte Carlo仿真方法分别进行计算,并将结果进行对比分析,证明了该方法的正确性及可行性。  相似文献

Super-resolution imaging is vital for optical applications, such as high capacity information transmission, real-time bio-molecular imaging, and nanolithography. In recent years, technologies and methods of super-resolution imaging have attracted much attention. Different kinds of novel lenses, from the superlens to the super-oscillatory lens, have been designed and fabricated to break through the diffraction limit. However, the effect of the super-resolution imaging in these lenses is not satisfactory due to intrinsic loss, aberration, large sidebands, and so on. Moreover, these lenses also cannot realize multiple super-resolution imaging. In this research, we introduce the solid immersion mechanism to Mikaelian lens (ML) for multiple super-resolution imaging. The effect is robust and valid for broadband frequencies. Based on conformal transformation optics as a bridge linking the solid immersion ML and generalized Maxwell's fish-eye lens (GMFEL), we also discovered the effect of multiple super-resolution imaging in the solid immersion GMFEL.  相似文献

Intelligent reflecting surfaces (IRSs) are anticipated to provide reconfigurable propagation environment for next generation communication systems. In this paper, we investigate a downlink IRS-aided multi-carrier (MC) non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) system, where the IRS is deployed to especially assist the blocked users to establish communication with the base station (BS). To maximize the system sum rate under network quality-of-service (QoS), rate fairness and successive interference cancellation (SIC) constraints, we formulate a problem for joint optimization of IRS elements, sub-channel assignment and power allocation. The formulated problem is mixed non-convex. Therefore, a novel three stage algorithm is proposed for the optimization of IRS elements, sub-channel assignment and power allocation. First, the IRS elements are optimized using the bisection method based iterative algorithm. Then, the sub-channel assignment problem is solved using one-to-one stable matching algorithm. Finally, the power allocation problem is solved under the given sub-channel and optimal number of IRS elements using Lagrangian dual-decomposition method based on Lagrangian multipliers. Moreover, in an effort to demonstrate the low-complexity of the proposed resource allocation scheme, we provide the complexity analysis of the proposed algorithms. The simulated results illustrate the various factors that impact the optimal number of IRS elements and the superiority of the proposed resource allocation approach in terms of network sum rate and user fairness. Furthermore, we analyze the proposed approach against a new performance metric called computational efficiency (CE).  相似文献

Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA), as a well-qualified candidate for sixth-generation (6G) mobile networks, has been attracting remarkable research interests due to high spectral efficiency and massive connectivity. The aim of this study is to maximize the secrecy sum rate (SSR) for a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO)-NOMA uplink network under the maximum total transmit power and quality of service (QoS) constraints. Thanks to the generalized singular value decomposition method, the SSR of NOMA is compared with conventional orthogonal multiple access and other baseline algorithms in different MIMO scenarios. Due to the subtractive and non-convex nature of the SSR problem, the first-order Taylor approximation is exploited to transform the original problem into a suboptimal concave problem. Simulation results are provided and compared with some other benchmarks to evaluate the efficacy of the proposed method.  相似文献

High-pressure impregnation, a new preparation method for sorbents to remove H2S from hot coal gas, is introduced in this paper. Semi-coke (SC) and ZnO is selected as the support and active component of sorbent, respectively. The sorbent preparation process includes high-pressure impregnation, filtration, ovendry and calcination. The aim of this research is to primarily study the effects of the impregnation pressure on physical properties and desulfurization ability of the sorbent. The desulfurization experiment was carried out in a fixed-bed reactor at 500°C and a simulated coal gas used in this work was composed of CO (33 vol%), H2 (39 vol%), H2S (300 ppm in volume), and N2 (balance). Experimental results show that the pore structure of the SC support can be improved effectively and ZnO active component can be uniformly dispersed on the support, with the small particle size of 10-500 nm. Sorbents prepared using high-pressure impregnation have better desulfurization capacity and their active components have higher utilization rate. P20-ZnSC sorbent, obtained by high-pressure impregnation at 20 atm, has the best desulfurization ability with a sulfur capacity of 7.54 g S/100g sorbent and a breakthrough time of 44 h. Its desulfurization precision and efficiency of removing H2S from the middle temperature gases can reach <1 ppm and >99.7%, respectively, before sorbent breakthrough.  相似文献

Take five: A unique quintuply bonded dimolybdenum complex [Mo(2)(μ-Li){μ-HC(N-2,6-Et(2)C(6)H(3))(2)}(3)] (see picture) was synthesized and characterized. The Mo-Mo interaction includes an unexpected bridging Li(+) ion. Calculations indicate the bridging Li(+) ion does not perturb the Mo-Mo bond length (2.0612(4)??), but results in a relatively small effective Mo-Mo bond order of 3.67.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法,将苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(PSA)包覆于955 Davison硅胶上得到无机/有机复合微球载体,并在2,6-二[1-(2-异丙基苯基亚胺基)乙基]吡啶/Fe(acac)3均相催化剂中浸渍后得到负载型双亚胺基吡啶铁催化剂.该催化剂在生产高结晶度(72%)聚乙烯的同时,还能生产一定量的α-烯烃.考察了不同膜材料以及聚合条件(不同助催化剂,压力,温度,Al/Fe摩尔比)对聚合活性以及聚合产物性能的影响,发现温度对聚合产物的α-烯烃与聚乙烯的质量比影响最大,助催化剂类型既影响催化剂的活性,也对最终产物的性质有着很大的影响.氯化镁处理的PSA作为膜材料时,负载2,6-二[1-(2-异丙基苯基亚胺基)乙基]吡啶/Fe(acac)3所得到聚乙烯分子量较低(Mw=11.9×104),结晶度较大(72%),熔融指数MI较高(2.35 g/10min),可作为双峰聚乙烯中的低分子量部分加以利用.  相似文献

A response of an elastic half-space to random forces applied normally to the free boundary is studied. This paper is the second part of the study we presented in [I.A. Shalimova, K.K. Sabelfeld, The response of an elastic three-dimensional half-space to random correlated displacement perturbations on the boundary, Physica A 389 (21) (2010) 4436–4449] where the case of random displacements on the boundary was considered. We analyze the white noise excitations in detail, and derive explicitly the mean of the elastic energy, the strain and displacement correlation tensors. Simulation algorithms are constructed both for displacement and strain random fields, which enables us to calculate any desired statistical characteristics.  相似文献

X‐ray absorption near‐edge structure (XANES) of arsenate adsorption on TiO2 surfaces was calculated using self‐consistent multiple‐scattering methods, allowing a structural analysis of experimental spectra. A quantitative analysis of the effect of disorder revealed that the broadening and weakening of the characteristic absorption in experimental XANES was due to the structural disorder of the arsenate–TiO2 adsorption system. The success with calculating the scattering amplitude of a specific set of paths using the path expansion approach enables the scattering contributions of different coordination shells to the XANES to be sorted out. The results showed that the scattering resonances from high‐level shells inherently overlapped onto the first‐shell scattering amplitudes, and formed the fine structures in the XANES region. A variation in one oscillatory feature could be due to several structural changes affecting specific single/multiple‐scattering amplitudes. Therefore, direct assignments of spectral features with structural elements should be based on adequate theoretical analysis.  相似文献

The propagation of an external transverse magnetic signal acting locally on a 1d chain of spins generates a disturbance which runs through the system. This quantum effect can be interpreted as a classical travelling wave which contains a superposition of a large set of frequencies depending on the size of the chain. Its local amplitude fixes the size of the z-component of the spins at any location in the chain. The average and maximum value of the group velocity are determined and compared with the transmission velocity fixed by the Lieb-Robinson upper bound inequality.  相似文献
